Deodorant
It’s essential to avoid putting harmful chemicals and heavy metals against the lymphatic system and breast tissue. Commercial deodorants are all made with aluminum and harsh chemicals. Avoid all forms of antiperspirant, because inhibiting a detoxification channel has dire consequences long term. We sweat for a reason and we need to sweat to maintain health. This is one of the brilliant ways our body eliminates toxins from the lymphatic system. When we inhibit this, we are in essence trapping toxins inside of our body. Toxins in the skin don’t find their way into the intestines in order to find another detox channel, if they are trapped, they will find somewhere to be stored within the body, meaning they will store in the cells and tissues of the body and organs nearby.
If you don’t sweat well on your own, this is a symptom of a faulty detoxification system and it would be wise to either go to a place where you can rent time in a FIR sauna or buy one for your home. You may actually find Schmidts on the shelf of your local Whole Foods or health food store. It’s a well-known brand that offers a variety of fun scents (some great men’s scents too) as well as unscented. They even have entire collections for sensitive skin.
